The event industry, along with the rest of the world, has been watching the COVID-19 pandemic as it evolves. We recognise how stressful this particular situation is, and we share your concerns.

We are closely monitoring the official guidance from health authorities, local governments, and the World Health Organization (WHO) in order to support the health and wellbeing of our team, our clients, our guests and our suppliers.

Sabine has been certified as a Safer Events Organiser through the Hire Space accrediation course.

In order to support NHS Contact Tracing and in line with government regulations, we will require all guests to register when attending an event, either via the NHS Test & Trace app or if you prefer, we are registered with Sprout. Details will be held for no longer than 21 days and you’ll only be contacted in the event of a Track and Trace request.

We are working closely with venues and are ensuring any venue we recommend for an event is following all COVID-19 guidelines and regulations. This includes the use of face masks, provision of hand sanitizer and contactless touch points where possible.

We require staff and event-goers to stay at home if they have any COVID-19 symptoms, including fever, cough, or gastro-intestinal issues. Additionally, we require attendees to not attend the event if they have been diagnosed with COVID-19, or had direct contact with an individual diagnosed with or suspected to have COVID-19 in the past 14 days.

We will always ensure someone is monitoring physical distancing while we socially connect at our events.
