When you’re planning your next event with us, there’s one thing you can be absolutely sure of– you’ll be offered a selection of venues which best fit your requirements and where possible we’ll offer you one of our favourite hotels. Why? Because we love them, the service is outstanding and we know they will look after your every need. Oh and they have the most comfortable beds and the biggest towels!

Before I go on I should point out that these are ranked in no particular order. They are hotels that I have loved working with and who meet my meticulous standards for service. I’m fussy in the extreme –just ask ... well anyone who knows me really!

By booking your event with us you benefit from the relationships we have forged over the years which allow us to negotiate the best rates for our clients. These are just a highlight of venues we enjoy a long relationship with.

The Landmark London

“The Landmark London, an oasis of luxury, at the heart of the world’s finest city.”

That really does sum up this stunning, historic hotel. It’s an oasis of luxury from the moment you walk through the front doors and are greeted by staff who always go above and beyond. The stunning Winter Garden (is there a better place for afternoon tea?), the glorious Great Central Bar & Restaurant and the glamorous secret hideaway that is the Mirror Bar, all deliver a taste of luxury and a tipple of decadence.Your event will be wonderfully catered for here!

When it comes to bedrooms you’ll have to put on amazing content to lure your guests away from comfort beyond words. The hotel website describes it best:

“Retreat from the vibrant city and relax in the peaceful luxury of one of our spacious rooms or suites. A perfect haven of serenity in this vibrant city.”

Always a favourite with the Pendleton Events team.

Penina Hotel and Golf Resort, Algarve

Penina, a luxury 5* hotel and golf resort, deserves each of it’s stars and although I may not be a scratch golfer myself, even I can see what they love about it. The Championship course is beautiful, challenging and filled with history which any of the clubhouse staff will be happy to tell you about. I have enjoyed over a decade of taking clients to this stunning resort. The relationship I have with this hotel stretches beyond just negotiating the rates –it’s like coming home year after year and having missed the 2020 tour (thanks to the global pandemic) I can hand on heart say I miss it! The fact that the staff are, on the whole, the same faces I met 13 years ago speak volumes about this property and it’s ethos.

I can’t recommend Penina enough –from the welcome to the facilities to the staff and everything else you might need –this is the place.Oh and the weather helps too of course!

One Aldwych, London

“One Aldwych: an independent hotel with an individual mind, original in shape, style and story.”

If you’re looking for the epitome of contemporary cool, One Aldwych is it. The décor is cool and crisp in a casual, unassuming way. The service is faultless –I’m sure the staff are all trained in mind reading. The bedrooms are luxurious and understated with beds you just don’t want to leave. The hotel offers a variety of rooms for every kind of event; the screening rooms (curated by the Curzon), the stunning lounges and delicious on-site restaurants.

The Titanic Gendarmenmarkt, Berlin

Located in the Gendarmenmarkt with it’s monumental 18th century architecture, this hotel used to be the storage warehouse of the State Opera. Now it’s a fabulous 208-bedroomed hotel showing off a mixture of traditional and modern influences.

The Beef Grill Club is definitely the place to go to enjoy amazing cuisine including Himalayan-salt-cured beef straight from the restaurant's especially designed curing cabinet. They always have the perfect wine to pair with the food too.

The Schinkel bar offers the perfect corner to relax in after a busy day and serves the best cocktails! And German beers of course.

When it comes to bedrooms, you really are spoilt for facilities and comfort. Big beds, luxury pillows and plenty of warmth.

The conference facilities are spot on too – plenty of AV support in beautiful rooms. The only think lacking is natural daylight but they make up for it with beautiful décor.

We really love this hotel!
